Chef Virgilio Valenti has always loved good food. Born in Valle d’Anape, near Siracusa, in Sicily he grows up in the middle of the typical flavors of Mediterranean cuisine.

He has the first opportunity to experiment his passion for the gastronomy in his  family agritourism. Chef  Medardo Gualtieri notices his talent and motivates him to better his proficiency in the culinary style by a deeper  knowledge  of the products and innovative  technics  in the kitchen.

The aim for bettering himself takes him around Italy so that he gains more experience and knowledge and interprets in a more personal way the cuisine of his territory.
